Strobes-R-Us Policy

Due to continued product enhancement, Strobes-R-Us reserves the right to change the specifications and features of any item without prior notice. Strobes-R-Us also reserves the right to update, modify, and change pricing without prior notice. Items in stock will ship within 24 hours, weekends & holidays excluded. Not all items are kept in stock and will be special ordered direct from the manufacture. Customers are required contact Strobes-R-Us for requesting a return. Please see below for merchandise return policies and procedures.

Where do we ship to

We ship only to the United States (USA) and Canada at this time.
We do not ship to U.S. Territories or Outlying Areas.


What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping on our web site is based on actual fees that UPS charges us. For example, when you place your order, the system will calculate the total weight of your package and based on your shipping selection, will queary the UPS website to calculate a total shipping cost.
We do NOT add any handling or packaging fees to what UPS charges us.
Generally we use UPS because it is trackable and insured.


How do I calculate shipping time?

We have a UPS driver at our Pompano Beach, Florida facility every weekday at about 3:45pm Eastern time. Orders that are IN STOCK that are received by 3:00 pm Eastern should ship the same business day. Orders that are in stock that are received after 3:00 pm Eastern will ship the following business day. UPS DOES NOT COUNT THE PICKUP DAY OR SATURDAY / SUNDAY WHEN CALCULATING SHIP TIMES. For example a 3 day package ordered on a Friday will arrive no later than Wednesday of the following week, a package ordered on Monday via 3 day will arrive by Thursday of the same week. Ground packages may take up to 7 days, however it is often faster.

Credit Cards (preferred)- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Checks (in person) - Not accepted, unless Net30 account terms have been approved
Checks (online) - Order will be held weeks until bank authorizes and approves check is valid
PayPal - Available through our website for online purchases
Cash - In store only
Bank Wire Transfer - Pre-Authorization is required and order is held until verified
Western Union / Money Order / Cashier Check - Not accepted


Lens Color Selection and Lighting Use

Due to the variance among state laws, Strobes-R-Us recommends that you check with your local law enforcement agencies to determine the emergency lighting colors that are legal for use in your state. We also recommend that you check for local and state use laws for lighting and audio products. Strobes-R-Us can not advise customers as to legal use and or colors for emergency products. In general, it is illegal for non officials to utilize any emergency lights while a vehicle is in motion. Strobes-R-Us is not responsible for citations or repercussions that are a result of improper use of emergency products.


Replacement Bulbs/Tubes Return Policy

There is NO returns on replacement bulbs or strobe tubes. This includes incandescent, halogen, HID, & strobe tubes. Any recieved items that arrived DOA (non-functional factory defect) will be replaced for the exact same item part #, please call us. Strobes-R-Us may request to receive back the DOA item for verification.


Merchandise Return Policy

Please first contact Strobes-R-Us for requesting a return or replacement. All merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and never installed. You have 10 days to contact Strobes-R-Us for a return on normal stock items. There is no returns on special order or wear/tear items (ie. replacement bulbs). Any received items that arrived DOA (non-functional) will be replaced for the exact same item part #. Strobes-R-Us may request to receive back the DOA item for verification. Refunds and credits will be issued in the same form of payment type as it was orginially paid. All credits or refunds at the sole discretion of Strobes-R-Us. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees via a traceable and insured shipping method. Strobes-R-Us can not be responsible for returned items that are lost or do not arrive at our office. Return shipping address is: Strobes-R-Us, 2681 Hammondville Road, Pompano Beach, Fl. 33069. Original shipping fees are non refundable. Any products that have been altered, used, installed, wires cut, or cigar plugs removed will not be accepted as a return.
